Gift Cards
Are gift cards physical or digital?

Gift Cards purchased online are digital and will be sent to the recipient email address provided when checking out.

We also sell physical gift cards in store.

Can I use a digital gift card while in store?

Yes, you can use your digital gift card when in-store. Present your email gift card when making your purchase.

Shipping
Where do you ship?

Online orders ship within Canada only. If you're shopping from the USA, CONTACT US and we can see about setting up an order for you.

How long will my order take to ship?

Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Orders are shipped on weekdays days only (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays. Weather may also delay pickup and/or delivery.

Estimated shipping time:

1-2 days in the Vancouver area

1-4 days within BC

2-8 days outside of BC

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We currently offer free shipping for orders over $200, however not all products are eligible for free shipping. For more info, see our Shipping & Returns policy.

Do you take orders over the phone?

Unfortunately, we are not able to take orders over the phone. Due to security reasons, we need all orders to be processed online or in store. This keeps your information confidential and safe.

Do you offer in store pick up?

Yes, select 'in store pick up' at checkout and you will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up. In store pickup orders are usually ready within 1-2 days. We are open 7 days a week from 10am-6pm (holiday hours may vary).

 

Can someone else pick up my order?

For security, we prefer to only release an order to the original purchaser, but under certain circumstances we may be able to make an exception. Photo ID, credit card, and order confirmation are required for pick up.

Shopping Online
If I don't see a product I'm looking for online, does that mean that you don't have it?

If you don't see what you are looking for online please CONTACT US to check if we have it.

Why can't I order some products online?

Some items may only be available to order for in-store pickup. This is usually due to Canada Post parcel size constraints. We may be able to ship this items via alternative means for an additional fee. CONTACT US for a shipping quote.

Price Match Policy
Do we match prices with other stores?

We understand that price matters, and we want to ensure that you get the best value for your money. To be eligible to price match the following must apply. 

Price match conditions: 

- Store must be located in Canada.

- Same size, year, colour and style.

- Price must be in Canadian currency. 

- Price can not reflect promotional pricing or coupons. 

- Price must adhere to the brand's MAP policies.

- Product must be available for purchase online and not out of stock.
